Whale Watching
Whale watching season is completed for us. We are now offering nature eco tours. There is a minimum of 6 passengers to book a nature cruise. You would see our harbor, Cape Arago Light house and our beautiful bay and coast line. Here you would view maritime industry at work as well as birds and mammals of the pacific ocean near shore area. The cost is $35 per person for a two hour cruise. For more information call Betty Kay Charters at 800 752-630. Two hour whale watching trips - $35.00 each for adults and $30.00 for children 4 to 10 years. Children 3 years and under are free. Some of the whales you may see while whale watching are the Gray Whale, the Humpback Whale, the Orca or "Killer" Whale and occasionally other kinds as well. You can go whale watching in the spring and see whales, Stellar and California Sea Lions, Elephant Seals and other sea wildlife. Here are some pictures of the whales that might be seen.
